Product Description

1) Cleanliness inside the tank: clean and dry, with no residual particles larger than 50 microns;

2) factory air tightness test: test pressure >50KPa test, no leakage, no permanent deformation box;

3) The tank is filled with compressed air with a relative pressure of 30KPa, and each part under test is immersed in water depth <100mm, and the pressure is kept for 2min, without leakage;

4) The bottom of the oil tank: the drain port is equipped with permanent magnet thread plug;

5) Oil return filter: reliable operation, filtration accuracy <1mm, flow >200L/min;

6) The lower outlet of the filter is shown in the figure, with a 45° cut and a distance of 10-20mm from the bottom plate；

7) The fuel tank adopts pulse gas welding, welding width >8mm, material thickness 2.5mm.
